1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the t777 online gaming platform, including all games, services, features, content, and functionality offered through the website t777.lat and any associated mobile or web applications (collectively, the "Platform").

3. Account Registration

Each Player may hold only one (1) registered account on the t777 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances therein.

When registering an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and contact number.
• Maintain the accuracy of your account information and promptly update it if any information changes.
• Keep your account credentials (username and password) confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify t777 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to or use of your account.
• Accept full responsibility for all activities conducted through your account.

t777 reserves the right to refuse account registration, suspend accounts, or close accounts at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason, subject to compliance with applicable law and the return of verifiable player balances where required.

4. Deposits & Payments

All financial transactions on the t777 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). t777 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and USDT. Additional payment methods may be introduced or removed at t777's discretion.

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100, unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
• Deposits made via GCash or PayMaya are typically credited to your t777 account balance within minutes of successful payment confirmation.
• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• t777 does not accept deposits originating from credit sources that are subject to chargeback rights in a manner inconsistent with these Terms.
• t777 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence (EDD) on large deposits, including requiring source-of-funds documentation.

All deposits are made exclusively for the purpose of gaming activity on the Platform. t777 does not act as a financial institution and your account balance does not accrue interest.

5. Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawal of available balances subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200, unless otherwise specified.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever technically possible, and in any event only to accounts registered in the Player's name.
• Standard GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are processed within thirty (30) minutes on average during normal operating hours. Bank transfers to BDO, BPI, or Metrobank may take 1–3 business days.
• t777 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Players who have not completed KYC (Know Your Customer) verification may experience delays.
• Withdrawals of bonus-derived funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements. Funds that have not satisfied bonus terms may not be withdrawn.
• t777 reserves the right to withhold or void withdrawals where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, collusion, abuse of bonuses, or breach of these Terms, pending investigation.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

t777 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentives ("Promotions") to registered Players. All Promotions are subject to these Terms and any additional specific terms communicated at the time of the offer.

• Each Player is entitled to claim each Promotion only once unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements, which must be fulfilled before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Specific wagering requirements are stated in each Promotion's terms.
• t777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any Promotion at any time without prior notice, except that Players who have already claimed and are in the process of fulfilling a Promotion's requirements at the time of modification will be treated fairly.
• Any attempt to exploit Promotions through multi-accounting, coordinated betting strategies, or other abusive behavior will result in forfeiture of the relevant bonus and potential account suspension.

7. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the t777 Platform operate according to their individual game rules, which are displayed within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to those rules.

• Game outcomes for RNG (Random Number Generator) games are determined by certified random number generation software. t777 does not and cannot manipulate game outcomes in favor of or against any individual Player.
• Live dealer game outcomes are determined in real time by physical game elements (cards, wheels, dice) operated by human dealers, streamed via high-definition video.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or disconnection during a game round, t777's system logs will be used to determine the appropriate resolution. t777 reserves the right to void bets affected by genuine technical errors.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the t777 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using another person's identity or payment credentials.
• Operating multiple accounts (multi-accounting).
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other Players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or Platform feature.
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by local law.
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening t777 staff or other Players in any communication channel.

9. Responsible Gaming
